Two-Man Gentlemen Band, 8/7/09
The Two Man Gentlemen Band performed for us during the summer, just before they began a stint opening for Bob Dylan in baseball stadiums! These two were unbelievably hilarious, and great musicians to boot. Neo-Vaudeville is alive and well... We apologize for not posting these sooner...we misplaced 'em for a bit. -

The Honey Dewdrops, 10/17/09
The Honey Dewdrops, the 2008 winners of Prairie Home Companion's "People in Their 20s" Talent Contest, held the Studio 99 audience in the palms of their hands for a moving set. This was their first appearance in New Hampshire. -

After the wonderful solo show Ian performed for Studio 99's audience, he went down the hall to our neighbors at Sid Ceaser Photography. Sid Ceaser and his partner Sara Prindiville took a wonderful series of photos of Ian and his acoustic double-neck guitar, wrapping up the session around midnight. -
The Wiyos, 5/16/09
Brooklyn's own folk/bluegrass/country blues/jugband/Americana impossible-to-pigeonhole travelling band, the Wiyos, gave a rousing performance at the Studio to a crowd ranging from late teens through early 90s. Not a toe in the house was idle... -

Grand Opening party, 10/11/08
Our Grand Opening Party hosted about 60 guests (from the Nashua arts community to old friends from all over New Hampshire and Massachusetts). Maurice Cahen (guitar) and Ricardo Frota (violin) provided a wonderful evening of Brazilian music via their duo, Brazilian Serenade. -
